  Ooh this is hard, although I prefer crustaceans (crabs, lobsters and shrimp), I love grouper fish. When I lived in the Bahamas, my students and I would do lots of work on the Nassau Grouper which is an endangered species, that we are trying to protect. They grow really big, some that I have seen were bigger than the local lemon sharks. The biggest grouper in The Bahamas is the Goliath Grouper, it’s humongous! It’s a gentle giant, though, pretty harmless.
