When I was young I wanted to be a marine biologist! Then I wanted to be a psychologist, then a footballer, then a pilot. I wanted to do loads of jobs, but from as young as I can remember, marine biologist is the job I always went back to.

I honestly had no idea what I wanted to do when I was a kid! I did Maths and Computer Science at University because I was good at them and they seemed an interesting choice and then fell into my first career as an actuary because I was offered a job. It wasn’t until I’d done that for a while and was looking for a change that I spent time properly thinking through what I wanted to do as a career.
